SEND / Foundation Learning Lecturer – Harrow

Help learners build confidence, independence and skills for their next step.

Morgan Hunt is looking to hear from SEND and Foundation Learning Lecturers interested in opportunities within further education in Harrow.

What you’ll be doing

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons for learners with SEND.

  • Teaching skills that support independence, employability and everyday life.

  • Adapting activities and resources to suit different learning and communication needs.

  • Tracking progress against individual learning targets and EHCP outcomes.

  • Working with support staff and wider college teams to create a positive learning environment.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience teaching learners with SEND or within Foundation Learning.

  • A recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one.

  • Confidence differentiating lessons for learners with a range of needs.

  • A patient, creative approach and strong classroom communication skills.

  • Experience delivering Functional Skills or accredited Entry Level programmes would be beneficial.
