SEND / Foundation Learning Lecturer
Location: West London

Are you a SEND or Foundation Learning Lecturer looking for your next opportunity within further education?

Morgan Hunt is keen to hear from lecturers interested in supporting learners with special educational needs and disabilities in college settings across West London.

Responsibilities may include:

• Planning and delivering engaging, accessible lessons.

• Teaching employability, independence and functional skills.

• Adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs.

• Setting and reviewing targets linked to EHCP outcomes.

• Working closely with learning support staff and other professionals to support student progress.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience teaching learners with SEND.

• A recognised teaching qualification, or are working towards one.

• Knowledge of differentiated teaching and inclusive practice.

• A patient, supportive approach and strong communication skills.
