We are delighted to be supporting a well-regarded Further Education college in Northamptonshire in the recruitment of a proactive and professional Security Officer to join their Estates Support team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong security background to play a key role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of students, staff and visitors across a large and diverse campus.
β¨ About the Role
As a Security Officer, you will provide a visible and responsive security presence across the site, ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
This is a varied and hands-on role involving everything from patrols and incident response to front-of-house duties and supporting safeguarding initiatives.

You will be a confident and approachable individual with experience in a security or customer-facing role. You’ll be calm under pressure, proactive in your approach, and able to respond effectively to a wide range of situations.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service are essential, alongside the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
