Regional HR Advisor, South – Accommodation Provider – c£40,000

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor with a track record of working in fast paced multi-site environment.

Reporting into a Divisional People Partner you will support the implementation of people initiatives and help maintain a positive workplace culture. Your key responsibilities will include:-

• Providing HR advice and guidance on policies and processes
• Supporting managers on employee relations issues
• Assisting with day to day people operations including onboarding and offboarding
• Running HR reports and analysing HR data
• Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes
• Supporting the delivery of a consistent and inclusive workplace culture

You should be an experienced HR Generalist who thrives working in a fast paced multi-site environment. A track record of providing HR best practice advice and guidance to managers need to be combined with a good knowledge of employment law. Excellent communication skills must be combined with a willingness to travel to multiples sites across the South.
