Job description:

We are working with a forward thinking College to recruit a Progress Coach. As a Progress Coach, you’ll work closely with apprentices studying construction-related courses, helping them stay on track, overcome challenges and develop the skills they need for successful careers in the industry.

You will:

• Provide 1:1 coaching and mentoring to learners
• Monitor attendance, progress, and well being
• Support students in setting and achieving personal and academic goals
• Work collaboratively with tutors and support staff
• Help learners build employ ability skills and confidence

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Experience working on site and in education
• Is confident building relationships with young people
• Has strong organisational and communication skills

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Carpentry, Construction or Bricklaying
• Experience working in Education environments
