Plumbing Lecturer

Location: London
Salary: £45-£50 per hour
Contract: Long-Term Temporary

We are working with a leading Further Education College in London that is looking to appoint a Plumbing Lecturer on a long-term temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Construction department, delivering high-quality teaching to learners across a range of Plumbing programmes.

Whether you’re an experienced Plumbing Lecturer or an industry professional with a passion for developing future tradespeople, this role offers the chance to make a real impact while enjoying the flexibility of a long-term temporary position.

About the Role

• Deliver engaging practical and theory-based Plumbing lessons across Levels 1 to 3
• Plan and prepare high-quality learning resources and assessments
• Support learners to achieve their qualifications and career aspirations
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and professional learning environment

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Plumbing
• Recent and relevant industry experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Passion for supporting and developing learners

Desirable

• Previous teaching, training, or assessing experience
• A recognised teaching qualification
• Experience within Further Education or apprenticeship delivery
• Knowledge of current industry practices and standards
