Plumbing Lecturer

Location: Crawley
Salary: £350 per day
Contract: Long-Term Temporary
Start Date: August/September

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Further Education College for a Plumbing Lecturer to join their Construction department on a long-term temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching while supporting learners to develop the practical skills and technical knowledge required for a successful career in the plumbing industry.

The college is seeking a motivated individual who can inspire learners and bring valuable industry experience into the classroom.

About the Role

• Deliver practical and theory-based Plumbing lessons across Levels 1 to 3
• Prepare engaging lesson plans and learning resources
• Assess learner progress and provide timely feedback
• Promote safe working practices within the workshop and classroom

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Plumbing
• Recent and relevant industry experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A passion for developing learners and supporting their progression

Desirable

• Previous teaching or training experience
• A recognised teaching qualification
• Experience working within Further Education
• Knowledge of current industry standards
