Plumbing Lecturer

Location: Ipswich
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Start Date: August/September

We are currently working with a respected Further Education College in Ipswich that is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Plumbing Lecturer to join its Construction and Building Services team. About the Role

  • Deliver engaging and practical Plumbing teaching across Levels 1 to 3
  • Develop lesson plans, learning resources, and assessment materials
  • Support learners to achieve their qualifications and career goals
  • Maintain a safe, professional, and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Plumbing
  • Recent and relevant industry experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for supporting and developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople

Desirable

  • Previous teaching, training, or assessing experience
  • A recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience working within Further Education or apprenticeship delivery
  • Knowledge of current industry standards and practices
