Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, interactive lessons in plumbing.
• Assess and evaluate student performance to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Develop curriculum and instructional materials to enhance the learning experience.
• Support students in their educational and personal development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and student engagement.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
• Level 3 or other relevant professional qualification in Plumbing.
• Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
• Experience in the plumbing industry across various levels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience in a teaching role within the Further Education sector.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current plumbing practices and curriculum delivery.
• Good organisational and IT skills, applying digital technologies to learning.
