Job Title: Plumbing Lecturer (Further Education Colleges)
Location: London
Salary: £40- 44k per annum
Contract Type: Full Time

About the Role:
We are working with a Further Education College in London who are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumbing Lecturer. This role involves delivering high-quality teaching and training to learners across a variety of programmes, supporting them in developing the knowledge and practical skills required for careers in the plumbing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, practical plumbing lessons across Level 1-3 programmes

• Plan, prepare, and deliver teaching in line with curriculum and awarding body standards

• Assess learner work and provide clear, constructive feedback

• Support and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds to achieve their goals

• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records

• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement

• Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment

Essential Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Plumbing (or equivalent)

• Relevant industry experience

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to engage and inspire learners in an FE setting

• Commitment to safeguarding and student success

Desirable:

• Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd) or willingness to work towards one

• Assessing qualification (e.g., A1/CAVA)

• Previous experience teaching in Further Education
