We are currently working with a leading Further Education College in South London that is looking to appoint a motivated and knowledgeable Plumbing Assessor to join their growing Construction team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong industry experience and a passion for supporting apprentices and learners through their qualifications and workplace development.

The Role:

• Assessing Plumbing apprentices and learners across Level 2 & Level 3
• Carrying out workplace observations, reviews, and professional discussions
• Supporting learners with portfolio building and evidence collection
• Tracking learner progress and ensuring timely achievement
• Working closely with employers and internal college teams
• Maintaining accurate records in line with awarding body standards
• Supporting learners towards successful completion of their qualifications

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A relevant Level 3 Plumbing qualification (or equivalent)
• TAQA / A1 / CAVA Assessor qualification
• Strong industry experience within Plumbing
• Previous assessing or FE experience preferred
• Good organisational and communication skills
• A passion for learner development and education
• Full UK driving licence preferred
