Performance and Data Manager
Location: London – Hybrid working 3 days in the office
Salary: £44,500 – £50,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (35 hours per week)

About the Role
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading London Housing Association for a Performance and Data Manager.
This is a pivotal role, responsible for managing performance information systems, ensuring data quality, and providing in-depth analysis to support continuous improvement across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in preparing reports for the Executive Team, Board, Committees, and for statutory submissions, helping to shape decision-making at the highest level.
As part of the Governance and Internal Control team, you’ll act as a trusted advisor on performance and data integrity, while promoting and embedding the organisation’s core values.
