Part time Enhancement Worker – Women’s Centre

Salary: £10,996.33 pro rata (£27,490.82 FTE)

Hours: 14 hours per week, over 2 set days

Location: Kent

Contract: 6 Months Fixed Term Contract

About the role:

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Enhancement Worker to join our clients team and provide holistic, person centred support to women within a specialist setting.

Working collaboratively with individuals and colleagues, you will provide one to one support around emotional and practical needs, helping people build confidence, develop resilience and prepare for future transitions.

You will also co-produce and deliver group wellbeing activities, creating opportunities for individuals to recognise their strengths, develop self-compassion and improve their overall wellbeing.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide flexible, trauma informed and strengths-based one to one support
• Offer practical information, advice, advocacy and signposting
• Support individuals with areas such as accommodation, finances, health, relationships and accessing community services
• Co-design and deliver engaging weekly wellbeing activities
• Build positive working relationships with colleagues and external partner agencies
• Support individuals to develop practical skills and confidence for greater independence
• Contribute to planning and partnership meetings as required
