Oracle Fusion Business Systems Analyst – Job Description
– Location: Central London, 1 day per week, 4 days from home
– Contract Length: Initial 6 Months
– Rate: £450-475pd Inside IR35
Role Overview
The Oracle Fusion Business Systems Analyst acts as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Oracle Fusion Cloud applications support and enhance business processes. The role focuses on gathering requirements, analysing business needs, configuring solutions, and supporting the implementation and optimisation of Oracle Fusion systems.
Key Responsibilities
Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional requirements.
Translate business needs into system requirements and functional specifications for Oracle Fusion applications.
Support the configuration and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM).
Analyse current business processes and recommend improvements using Oracle Fusion capabilities.
Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and developers to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Support testing activities including system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Assist with data migration validation, system configuration, and issue resolution.
Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion applications and troubleshoot system issues.
Create documentation such as business process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
Deliver training and support to end users on Oracle Fusion functionality.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, or Financials).
Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
Understanding of enterprise business processes such as finance, HR, procurement, or supply chain.
Experience supporting Oracle Fusion implementations or system enhancements.
Familiarity with integration concepts, reporting tools, and data management within Oracle Fusion.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to translate complex technical information into business-friendly language.
