Operations Manager – Learning Disabilities needed!

Salary: Up to £60,000.00

An established care provider is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and drive quality improvement across a portfolio of services supporting Learning Disabilities.

The Role:

You will play a key strategic role, working closely with senior leaders and service management teams to ensure high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and continuous service improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading service improvement initiatives
• Developing and implementing CQC and compliance strategies
• Working collaboratively with service managers on improvement and action plans
• Contributing to business and quality strategy alongside senior leadership
• Supporting and delivering training, including medication related training where appropriate
• Providing quality oversight across various services
