We’re looking for a Nursery Room Leader who loves creating fun, engaging, and tailored learning experiences while guiding a talented team of early years practitioners.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead your room with creativity, energy, and care.
• Plan and deliver an exciting curriculum that meets every child’s needs.
• Mentor and inspire your team, demonstrating best-practice in early years education.
• Keep children safe and happy, promoting safeguarding at all times.
• Support daily care routines, including nappy changing.

Who You Are:

• Enthusiastic about working with children aged 1-5 years.
• Experienced in early years education (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred).
• Calm, positive, and supportive with children and staff.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting high-quality childcare.
