Are you a Multi-Skilled Carpenter looking for work in Surrey?

Morgan Hunt’s Public Sector and Government client based in Surrey is looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Carpenter to provide re-active and planned maintenance and repairs works across residential properties, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

This role requires a driving license and ownership of a vehicle.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have the ability to:

· Carry out day-to-day responsive repairs and maintenance works
· Deliver high-quality workmanship across multiple trades including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, and tiling
· Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently, aiming for first-time fixes where possible
· Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
· Provide excellent customer service to residents and tenants
· Maintain accurate records of completed works
· Support the wider team with additional duties where required
· Work independently and solve problems effectively
· Use their strong communication and customer-facing skills
· Showcase strong competency across a range of trades with a core trade specialism
