Motor Vehicle Lecturer

Location: East London

Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum

Start Date: August/September

About the Role: A leading educational institution committed to providing high-quality education and training is seeking a Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join their dynamic team. This role involves delivering engaging and effective teaching in motor vehicle studies, contributing to the development of students’ skills and knowledge in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment in motor vehicle subjects.
  • Develop and update course materials to ensure relevance and compliance with industry standards.
  • Support and mentor students in their learning journey.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes
  • Engage in continuous professional development to maintain teaching excellence.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A Level 3 qualification in motor vehicle engineering or equivalent.
  • A higher education degree in a relevant subject.
  • A teaching qualification or a willingness to obtain one.

Experience Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in motor vehicle repair and maintenance.
  • Relevant industry experience in motor vehicle engineering or a related field.
  • Previous teaching experience in further education is a plus.
