We are seeking a proactive professional to join our clients team in a key administrative and coordination role supporting membership and finance operations.

The role is for 3 months and offers a hybrid work pattern – 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining their membership and finance database, ensuring records such as renewals and current service status are accurate and up to date. You will work closely with project teams to obtain Purchase Order numbers related to member services and work with the finance department to raise invoices and manage associated documentation.

A central part of the role involves liaising with programme managers to ensure timely and appropriate follow-up on outstanding payments, helping to maintain strong financial processes and relationships. You will also act as a first point of contact for membership related queries, providing clear and professional responses to both members and colleagues.

In addition, you will take the lead in hosting a monthly cluster meeting focused on membership data, encouraging open discussion. The role also offers the opportunity to support a variety of projects across the organisation, including attending meetings and providing administrative support such as minute-taking when required.
