Role

• Design mechanical building services systems including HVAC, heating, ventilation and domestic water.
• Produce mechanical calculations, specifications, schematics and drawings.
• Develop designs using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Coordinate designs with architects, structural engineers and other disciplines.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and project teams.
• Attend design meetings and site visits where required.
• Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience

• HNC/HND/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Previous experience within mechanical building services design.
• Good understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Experience using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine interest in developing your career within building services.
