We’re currently working with one of Scotland’s most respected Building Services consultancies as they continue to expand their Glasgow team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer who is looking to join a modern, forward-thinking business with an outstanding reputation for both project delivery and employee development. Role

• Mechanical design of HVAC, heating, ventilation, cooling and public health systems.
• Producing calculations, specifications and technical reports.
• Coordinating designs across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Attending client and design meetings.
• Supporting projects through all design stages.
• Contributing to technically challenging and sustainable engineering solutions.
• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers where appropriate.

Qualifications / Experience

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Previous experience within a Building Services Consultancy.
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and industry standards.
• Experience with relevant design software such as Hevacomp, IES VE, Revit or AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative approach and ambition to continue developing professionally.
