- Job Title: Marketing Manager
- Hourly Rate: £33-£37 per hour paid via Umbrella company, via weekly timesheets. Salary equivalent (£50-£55k)
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Location: North London
- Hybrid working 2-3 days/week, remainder WFH
- Initial 6 month contract, with potential to become permanent

Role Purpose
Manage the marketing team to ensure that all aspects of the College’s Marketing strategy, business plan and tactical strategic are delivered
Main Duties
- Deputise for the Director of Marketing and Student recruitment as appropriate
- Represent the team and wider college internally and externally
- Line manage and develop the team, including schools liaison officer, Student recruitment coordinator, and digital marketing officer.
- Develop, implement and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns aligned with the college’s strategic objectives, covering digital, print, events and other relevant channels
- Manage the college’s digital marketing activities including overseeing digital advertising campaigns, SEO, website content strategy and management, and the effective utilisation of the college’s CRM system for marketing and recruitment purposes
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external agencies and partners to support brand development, campaign execution, and other marketing initiatives
- Manage allocated marketing budgets effectively and ensure activities are delivered within financial parameters
- Contribute to the colleges student recruitment strategies and support the achievement of recruitment targets
Experience
- Proven experience in a similar head of marketing or senior marketing management role, preferably within the education sector
- Experience of managing and development people
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market insights to inform decision making
- A high level of communication skills including accurate copywriting
- Experience of working with content management systems to update and maintain website
- Experience of utilising digital and social media channels for paid and organic purposes to effectively engage audiences
- Experience of leaving on analysis and reporting of marketing activity performance from a range of sources
