Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Officer for an initial period of 3-4 months. Driving licence and transport are required for this post and the successful candidate would start ASAP.

The main duties are:

• To deliver reactive repairs, void repairs, cyclical and planned maintenance in occupied and unoccupied housing
• Diagnosis of maintenance issues and instruction of repairs
• Liaising with internal and external contractors
• Carrying out post inspections of repairs to monitor quality and customer satisfaction
• Processing purchase orders and authorising payments for completed work,

Experience in a similar role will be required to be considered for the post.
