We are currently recruiting for Learning Support Assistants and Specialist Learning Support Assistants (SEMH) to join a Further Education provider in Northamptonshire on a temporary basis.

These rewarding roles involve supporting learners to achieve their full potential, providing tailored assistance both inside and outside the classroom. Opportunities are available for candidates with a passion for education, inclusion and learner success, particularly those with experience supporting students with additional needs.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience supporting young people or adults within an educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with learners and staff
• A patient, supportive and learner-focused approach
• For Specialist LSA roles, experience supporting learners with SEMH needs is desirable

Available opportunities include:

• Learning Support Assistant (Part-Time, minimum 3 days per week)
• Specialist Learning Support Assistant (SEMH) (Full-Time)

Both roles are initially available until 23 October, with the potential for extension.
