Morgan Hunt’s London based client is looking for a Benefits Assessment Officer to join their busy team.

In order to be immediately effective in this position the ideal candidate will have previous experience with:

• Assessing all types of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support/Reduction claims for all tenure types
• Assessing all claims including Student claims, persons from abroad and self employed claims.
• Processing all changes in circumstances including change of income and rent
• Advising claimants on their Entitlements and legislation changes
• Assisting customers with all queries relating to their benefit claims
• Proficient use of the Academy ICT system is advantageous
