IT Support Consultant (EUC)

450/day outside IR35

About the Role:

This role involves supporting and administering the Palo Alto GlobalProtect remote access infrastructure, ensuring efficient remote connectivity solutions for users. The IT Support Consultant (EUC) will work closely with various teams to enhance security measures and support Windows devices. The position is integral to maintaining operational efficiency and delivering high-quality technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Palo Alto GlobalProtect remote access infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot GlobalProtect client deployments and connectivity issues.
• Manage VPN profiles, policies, and endpoint compliance integration.
• Investigate and resolve VPN connectivity and performance incidents.
• Collaborate with Network and Security teams to implement secure remote access solutions.
• Support migration projects involving VPN and remote connectivity services.
• Package, deploy, and maintain endpoint software using Microsoft Intune.
• Provide 3rd line technical support for complex EUC issues.
• Maintain documentation and participate in service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience supporting Palo Alto GlobalProtect VPN solutions.
• Knowledge of VPN technologies and authentication methods.
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
• Proficient in Windows 10 and Windows 11 support and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls.
