About the Role / Job Summary:

A leading organization in the education sector is seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of IT services, provide technical support, and enhance the overall user experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Assist in maintaining IT systems and infrastructure.

• Collaborate with IT team members to improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic networking concepts.

Education Requirements:

• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is a plus.

Experience Requirements:
