Interim People & Culture Administrator, 2 Months

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Interim People & Culture Administrator to join our client. As the first point of contact for People & Culture queries, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our HR administration while delivering an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for People & Culture/HR enquiries, providing timely and professional advice or directing queries as appropriate.
  • Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR data using the Breathe HR system.
  • Process employment contract changes, including amendments to hours, salary, job titles and other contractual updates.
  • Prepare HR documentation, including contracts, letters and other employee correspondence.
  • Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding administration.
  • Maintain confidential employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection requirements.
  • Assist with absence, holiday and other HR administration.
  • Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team.
  • Ensure HR files, systems and documentation are accurate, up to date and well organised.

About You

You’ll be an experienced HR administrator with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, handling confidential information and providing a professional service to colleagues across the business.

You’ll also have:

  • Previous experience in an HR or People & Culture administration role.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and employment documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • A Basic DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
