Interim HR Director – Education sector – Kent – length of assignment to be confirmed – rate/salary negotiable

This is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available HR Director to join the Executive Team during a period of leadership transition.

You will provide high-level leadership and mentorship, ensuring the continuity of their people strategy while driving organisational performance and governance standards. The key responsibilities will include:-

  • Contributing to the development and implementation of the organisation’s long-term business strategy
  • Identifying key people and resource challenges and provide the analysis and recommendations necessary to align HR objectives with organisational goals
  • Leading the development and implementation of an aligned HR infrastructure including talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement strategies
  • Providing leadership to the HR function, ensuring a high performance culture
  • Overseeing the development of HR policies, processes and procedures

You should be an experienced HR Director with a track record of leading an HR function through a period of transition ideally within the Education sector. An excellent knowledge of employment law, strong stakeholder management skills and a coaching mindset needs to combined with an ability to work in a highly sensitive and confidential environment.
