Interim Culture and Change Lead, 2-3 months – Local Government – London (Hybrid) – £762.31 per day (Umbrella)

Our client a public sector organisation is seeking an experienced Culture & Change Lead to help shape its future culture, organisational effectiveness, and employee experience.

The role

• Lead the organisation’s culture, engagement, organisational development and change agenda.
• Develop and deliver organisation-wide culture change and organisational effectiveness programmes.
• Lead employee engagement activity, including people surveys, listening programmes and culture diagnostics.
• Turn data and insight into practical interventions with measurable impact.
• Lead organisational design, ensuring structures, operating models and ways of working support effective service delivery.
• Partner with senior leaders and teams across HR, Strategy, Transformation and Communications.
• Support leaders to successfully navigate and embed organisational change.

About you
You will bring:

• Significant experience in organisational development and culture change within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong experience of employee engagement, organisational design and diagnostics.
• A proven track record of supporting change and transformation.
• Confidence influencing, coaching and challenging senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data and evidence to shape interventions.
• A strategic mindset combined with a strong focus on practical delivery and measurable outcomes.
