Building Services Industry Skills Tutor
Location: London
Salary: £16,000 per annum (14 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time

An established Further Education College is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Building Services Industry Skills Tutor to join its construction and engineering team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for an industry professional to support and inspire learners entering the building services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and practical training in Building Services up to Level 3
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards
• Assess learner progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
• Support students in developing industry-relevant skills and knowledge
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and professional learning environment

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant Building Services discipline (essential)
• Proven industry experience in building services (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Commitment to supporting learner success
