I am working with a Glasgow based Housing Association to recruit a proactive and organised Income Maximisation Assistant. You’ll play a key role in supporting tenants, maximising rental income, and working closely with partner agencies to make a positive impact in the community.

The role is required for a minimum of 6 months, with possible extension after this period.

Essential requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
• Strong IT and numeracy skills, including Microsoft Office
• Experience of using databases/internal systems
• Knowledge of welfare benefits (Housing Benefit & Universal Credit)
• Experience in debt recovery, setting up repayment agreements, and financial record keeping
• Ability to meet deadlines, work on your own initiative and as part of a team
• A flexible, confidential, and ethical approach
• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience

📍 Location: Glasgow – Hybrid (1/2 days per week at home)

⏰ Contract: Full-time, Fixed-term 6 months (scope for extension)

💰 Salary: EVH Grade 5 – £30’250- £33’617.
