Job Title: Health and Social Care Teacher (Temporary – Agency)

About the Role:

Activate Learning is currently seeking a temporary Health and Social Care Teacher to join our Lifestyles team at Oxford College. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual who can make a positive impact on our students’ learning experience.

As a Health and Social Care Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching BTEC Health and Social Care Level 3 (Year 1). Your focus will be on delivering lessons related to policies and procedures, ensuring that students not only gain knowledge but also practical skills to prepare them for their future careers.

This is a part-time role, with classes scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and Friday (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM).

We are looking for someone who can:

• Bring strong subject knowledge and practical teaching experience.
• Inspire and engage students in both theoretical and practical aspects of the course.
• Collaborate with our dedicated teaching team to deliver high-quality lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Health and Social Care students (BTEC Level 3, Year 1).
• Teach policies and procedures in the Health and Social Care sector.
• Support students’ academic and personal development.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the department’s growth and success.

About You:

• You are passionate about Health and Social Care and have a strong understanding of the subject.
• You have experience teaching BTEC Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• You are enthusiastic, creative, and committed to providing an excellent learning experience for your students.
