Job Title: HR Test Lead – SAP SuccessFactors Programme

Location: Leeds – Remote Working, with only 1 day in the office required
Contract Type: Fixed-term Until 30/11/2026

Salary: £51-60k (Pro-rata)

Annual Leave: 41 Days (Pro-rata)


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Test Lead to play a pivotal role in a major SAP SuccessFactors transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end testing across a complex HR technology landscape, ensuring the successful delivery of a high-quality, business-critical solution.

You will work closely with HR stakeholders, system integrators, and technical teams to define and execute the testing strategy across multiple SuccessFactors modules.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the overall test strategy for the SAP SuccessFactors programme
  • Lead test planning, coordination, and execution across all test phases (SIT, UAT, regression)
  • Manage test resources, including onshore/offshore teams and third-party vendors
  • Ensure test coverage across key HR processes (e.g. Core HR, Recruitment, Performance, Learning)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to support UAT preparation and execution
  • Oversee defect management, reporting, and resolution tracking
  • Ensure alignment with data migration and integration testing activities
  • Provide clear reporting and governance to programme leadership

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Test Lead on SAP SuccessFactors programmes or similar ERP or CRM Projects
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures
  • Experience across multiple SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale testing cycles in complex environments
  • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments
