Morgan Hunt are working in partnership with a well-regarded organisation to recruit an HR Data Migration Analyst to support a key transformation programme, migrating people data from legacy systems into SAP SuccessFactors.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a central role in a high-profile data migration project, working closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and programme teams.
As part of the People Data Migration team, you will be responsible for supporting the successful transition of HR data into the new system environment. Key responsibilities will include:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Strong data analysis skills – with proven ability to interpret and present complex data to support decision-making and resolve migration issues
Data migration experience – including cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting migration challenges
Stakeholder management expertise – confident working with internal teams and third-party suppliers
Excellent communication skills – able to translate technical detail into clear, accessible information for non-technical audiences
Collaborative approach – comfortable working across multiple teams and contributing to shared outcomes
