Salary: £16.22 per hour (umbrella)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join a dynamic team in the education sector. This temporary role offers the opportunity to play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy of HR data while supporting key administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform routine HR support activities utilising the HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
– Maintain accurate HR data and cleanse employee records.
– Organise electronic files and ensure data integrity.
– Provide references and reset passwords for the HRIS system.
– Log and check absence records, assigning them accordingly.
– Update systems following probation reviews and manage standard correspondence.
– Ensure compliance with Data Protection and Freedom of Information Acts.
– Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
– Develop productive working relationships within the team.
– Promote the welfare of young people and vulnerable groups.
Essential Requirements
– Experience in an HR support role or similar environment.
– Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management.
– Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
– Strong organisational and data management skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
– DBS Enhanced check required.
