HR Administrator – Temp to start ASAP until 19^th December – hourly rate – £17.38

We are looking for a motivated individual to help support the embedding of a new system.

This role is essential in helping our client manage an increased workload as they implement the new platform. Ideally you will have experience working in a HR department and using HR databases such as Itrent. You must have an Enhanced DBS.

The role is 35 hours per week based in East London with travel once a week to their other site in Essex

Main Duties:

· Input high volumes of data ensuring accuracy and consistency at all times

· Carry out all employment checks for temporary and permanent staff and progress chase where necessary

· Countersign DBS application forms and check qualifications and references

· Coordinate and carry out all the recruitment administration for temporary and permanent staff including sitting on interview panels when appropriate

· To provide general administrative support to the HR team and Director of HR

· To implement the safeguarding policies and practices
