I am recruiting on behalf of a Glasgow-based Housing Association for a short-term Housing Assistant to start immediately – this has scope to extend but the duration is unknown at the moment.

The role is EVH Grade 6 (£34’745).

The role will focus mostly on:

• Estate management – inspections, reporting repairs, liaising with contractors
• Arrears management – tenant contact, monitoring rent accounts, updating records

Candidate profile:

• Previous housing or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Flexible, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload
