We are currently recruiting for a Housing and Support Coordinator on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive organisation and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.

Job Details:

• Job Role: Housing and Support Coordinator
• Location: Surbiton, KT6 4NG
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Salary: £36,240 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ needs and develop person-centred support plans that promote independence and wellbeing.
• Manage housing processes, including allocations, tenancy sustainment, and move-on planning.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with organisational policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
• Support clients to access benefits, healthcare, employment, and other essential services while working closely with external agencies.
• Maintain accurate records, contribute to service improvements, support colleagues where required, and respond effectively to safeguarding concerns and crisis situations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting vulnerable adults within housing or support services.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, risk assessments, and support planning.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external professionals.
• Full right to work in the UK.
