💷 Salary: up to £38 Per Hour (Negotiable)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Health & Social Care lessons to Further Education students.
• Teach across relevant Health & Social Care programmes and qualification levels.
• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons in line with curriculum requirements.
• Assess learner work and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate records.
• Support learners with different abilities and learning needs.
• Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous quality improvement.
• Support learners with their academic, personal and professional development.
• Ensure safeguarding, equality, health and safety and college policies are followed.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support positive learner outcomes.

👤 About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Experience teaching Health & Social Care within Further Education or a similar setting.
• Strong subject knowledge across Health & Social Care.
• Experience delivering engaging lessons to FE learners.
• Excellent communication, classroom management and organisational skills.
• The ability to assess learner work and provide effective feedback.
• A genuine passion for supporting learners to achieve their potential.
• Relevant industry experience within Health & Social Care would be desirable.
• A relevant teaching qualification would be desirable.
