Health, Safety & Facilities Officer

Are you looking for a varied role where you can make a real impact?

We’re looking for a proactive Health, Safety & Facilities professional to help support a diverse corporate and residential property portfolio. You will provide practical health and safety advice, support audits and compliance activities, and help deliver projects that improve safety and facilities services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the completion of actions arising from health and safety audits and fire risk assessments
• Helping manage and maintain the organisation’s health and safety compliance system
• Supporting and leading projects across the property portfolio, delivering results on time and within budget
• Managing accident and incident reporting, identifying trends and recommending improvements
• Supporting the delivery of high-quality facilities services
• Leading regular health and safety checks and testing at the organisation’s head office
