We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Health & Social Care Lecturer to join a number of well-established Further Education colleges across Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire and support learners aged 16-19 studying BTEC Health & Social Care. You will help students build the skills, confidence, and knowledge required to successfully complete their qualifications and progress into higher education or careers within the health and social care sector.


The Role Includes:

* Delivering engaging and inclusive BTEC Health & Social Care lessons.
* Creating high-quality lesson plans and learning materials.
* Assessing student work in line with awarding body standards.
* Supporting learners with their academic progress and personal development.
* Providing clear, constructive feedback to help students achieve their goals.
* Maintaining a positive, welcoming, and supportive classroom environment.


What We’re Looking For:

Essential Requirements

* Previous experience teaching BTEC Health & Social Care.
* A relevant degree or professional qualification in Health & Social Care or a related area.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to complete one).

Desirable Experience

* PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or another recognised teaching qualification.
* Previous experience working within a Further Education college.
