Are you a passionate leader who believes in the power of education to transform lives?

We’re looking for an inspiring Head of School for Supported Learning to lead our dedicated team in delivering outstanding teaching, learning, and support for students with additional needs.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our Supported Learning provision, helping every learner to grow in confidence, achieve their goals, and progress to the next stage of their journey.

Our next Head of Supported Learning will:

• Lead and motivate a team of talented staff to deliver engaging, inclusive learning experiences.
• Develop and grow our Supported Learning curriculum to meet the needs of all learners.
• Use data, feedback, and innovation to continually raise standards of quality and achievement.
• Manage people, budgets, and resources effectively to make a real impact.
• Build strong partnerships with employers, local authorities, and the community to create new opportunities for learners.

What we’re looking for:

• A qualified teacher (Level 5 or above, e.g., PGCE/DET) with a degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years’ teaching experience in Further Education, ideally within Supported Learning or SEND.
• A positive, forward-thinking leader with experience in curriculum development and quality improvement.
• Excellent communicator with a passion for inclusion and a commitment to student success.
• Someone who inspires others and isn’t afraid to innovate and lead change.
