Solihull College & University Centre is looking for an experienced, values-led leader to join our Quality team as Head of Quality – Inclusion and EDI. You will help ensure that inclusion, equity and belonging are fully embedded across our curriculum, learner experience, workforce practice and organisational culture ensuring that every learner and colleague can participate fully, achieve highly and feel they belong.

The successful candidate will have significant experience leading inclusion/EDI and quality improvement in an educational organisation with proven ability to use data and insight to drive measurable improvement.

A Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience in education, EDI, HR/OD or related field together with a Level 5 Teaching Qualification are essential; a postgraduate qualification or professional accreditation in EDI, leadership, HR/OD or coaching is desirable.
