Solihull College & University Centre is seeking an experienced and inspirational Head of Quality – English & Maths to provide strategic and operational leadership across all English and maths provision.

This is a key Quality role focused on driving consistently high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment, ensuring all learners benefit from an ambitious curriculum, strong classroom practice and effective intervention that improves achievement, progress and learner experience.

You will lead continuous quality improvement for English and maths, working closely with curriculum leaders, senior managers and support teams to ensure provision meets regulatory requirements, including Ofsted, awarding organisations and funding rules, while aligning fully with the College’s Quality Framework.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of leading quality improvement strategies that raise standards and improve learner outcomes together with a strong knowledge of the current Ofsted inspection framework.
