The Role

As a Full-Time Maths Lecturer, you will:

• Deliver engaging and effective maths lessons to students across a range of levels.
• Plan, prepare, and assess learning in line with curriculum requirements.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create an inclusive learning environment that motivates learners to achieve their full potential.
• Maintain accurate learner records and contribute to quality assurance processes.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student success.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Experience teaching Maths within Further Education, Secondary Education, or Adult Learning.
• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent), or significant relevant teaching experience.
• A degree or recognised qualification in Mathematics or a closely related subject.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for education and helping learners succeed.
