Finance Systems Manager – London (City) – Hybrid

Pentagon Talent have partnered with a leading international law firm to recruit a Finance Systems Manager for their London (City) office. This is a permanent position with hybrid working (3 days in the office per week).

The firm is a global practice with offices across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, advising clients in sectors including technology, life sciences, energy transition, transportation and private capital. They offer a collaborative culture, strong career progression and modern working practices.

This role is suited to an experienced Finance Systems Manager or a Senior Finance Systems Analyst with 3+ years of Aderant Expert experience looking to step into management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of Finance Systems Analysts and Support staff.
• Oversee core finance systems including Aderant Expert, Intapp, Concur and reporting tools.
• Deliver system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
• Work with senior stakeholders to align finance systems with business needs.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ Aderant Expert experience (essential).
• SQL expertise; knowledge of SSRS, SSAS or Cognos an advantage.
• Previous experience in a law firm or professional services.
• Proven leadership skills or the desire to step into management.
