Job Title: Exam Invigilator

Location: Surrey

Job Type: Temporary / Part-time / Contract

Job Overview:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to serve as Exam Invigilators. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that examinations are conducted in a fair, secure, and orderly manner in accordance with institutional guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students during examinations to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
  • Distribute and collect exam papers and materials efficiently
  • Verify candidate identity and attendance before and during exams
  • Maintain a quiet and disciplined exam environment
  • Prevent and report any instances of cheating or misconduct
  • Provide clear instructions to candidates before the start of the exam
  • Assist students with procedural queries without compromising exam integrity
  • Record and report any irregularities or incidents during the exam
  • Ensure exam materials are securely handled before, during, and after the session

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills
  • Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Prior experience in invigilation or supervision (preferred but not required)
