Engineering Lecturer

Salary: £46,000 per annum

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Engineering Lecturer to join a leading Further Education College in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking department dedicated to delivering high-quality technical education and preparing students for successful careers within the engineering sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and industry-relevant teaching across a range of Engineering programmes, supporting learners to achieve their full potential while helping to shape the next generation of engineering professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across Engineering programmes, primarily at Levels 1-3
• Prepare and deliver engaging practical and theoretical lessons
• Monitor learner progress and provide effective feedback and support
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental activities

Requirements:

• Relevant Engineering qualification at Level 3 or above
• Recent industry experience within an engineering discipline
• Teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one
• Strong communication skills and a passion for education
