Electrical Trainer Coach

Location: East London

Pay: £45,000 per annum

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Trainer Coach to support apprentices undertaking electrical qualifications within a Further Education setting.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical professional to use their industry knowledge to develop the skills and competence of apprentices, supporting their progress throughout their training.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver coaching and training to electrical apprentices, supporting their development of practical skills and technical knowledge.
• Monitor apprentice progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
• Support apprentices in developing the skills required to meet industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of progress, training activities and learner achievements.

Education and Experience Requirements

• A relevant Level 3 Electrical qualification is essential.
• Strong electrical industry knowledge and practical experience.
• Experience supporting, coaching or training apprentices would be beneficial.
• A commitment to supporting apprentices in achieving their qualifications and developing their careers.
